Known For Roseanne, Argo, The Flintstones live action films, The Big Lebowski, The Artist A few years back ID released what was seemingly intended as an open-world spiritual successor to their legendary creations like Doom, although set in a Mad Max-inspired post-apocalyptic wasteland. John Goodmans role was the players mentor of sorts and glorified tutorial for surviving amongst total anarchy. His naturally gravelled and deep voice certainly resonated with the environment of a wasteland where youre either a hard-a**, or dead. This was Goodmans first video game gig and honestly, for the limited supporting role he had, I thoroughly enjoyed his presence. Im indifferent towards the game itself but would love to see John Goodman tackle more voice acting roles.
