The crowning unsolved mystery in GTA V might be the most insane yet, involving as it does basically every other mystery on this list, all tied together into some loose conspiracy theory that involves UFOs, mysterious glyphs, the Epsilon/Illuminati thing, all of which are apparently brought to one overarching mystery thanks to a series of mysterious markings scattered around Mount Chiliad, the largest mountain in San Andreas. Which, if you link up the location of each, forms a triangle. Or pyramid... Inside the cable car station at the summit of the mountain is a large map hanging on a wall that appears to be a map of Mount Chiliad. Scattered across the map are various odd symbols, seemingly pointing out the locations of secret objects on Mount Chiliad, along with the All Seeing Eye. The mystery behind UFOs, the Underwater Hatch and the possibility of a jetpack in the game may all be tied into symbols seen on the map and across the mountain. The shiny new high-definition next-gen versions of GTA V include even more of this weirdness, with the various hallucinogenics you can take throughout apparently originating at Chiliad, a body part replacing the face that appeared on the side of the mountain, and a bunch more similar Illuminati and alien clues around Trevor's trailer. Are they all just disparate, unconnected in-jokes and Easter Eggs, or is it some big unsolved mystery? Decide for yourself!
