10 Amazing Video Games That Didn't Deserve To Flop

6. GRID Legends

You have to feel bad for the GRID franchise. No matter how many great games come out baring its name, no matter how many times the franchise has tried to do something different and attract gamers, it has consistently failed to reach the lofty heights of its peers.

And unfortunately, the latest entry, GRID Legends, is the biggest casualty yet. Despite maintaining the series' signature and satisfying blend of arcade and sim racing and adding an ambitious story mode on top of it, it released last year to little fanfare and even worse sales.

According to Steam data (as reported by GameRant), the title's peak concurrent player count amounted to a measly 455 players, a far cry from the tens of thousands some of its predecessor managed to attract.

With numbers like that, don't expect to see a follow up to this long floundering franchise anytime soon.
