10 Anime & Video Game Tunes That Would Make Great WWE Theme Songs

8. Room Of Angel (Silent Hill 4) - Bray Wyatt/The Fiend

Here's a lullaby to close your eyes, (goodbye) / It was always you that I despised...

From the most upbeat song and wrestler pairing on the list, we go straight to the most disturbing by twinning Bray Wyatt's Fiend with Silent Hill 4's Room of Angel.

Room of Angel is notable for being the most disturbing song in the Silent Hill series, a feat akin to being the most boring song in Ed Sheeran's back catalog, but it never seemed like an appropriate WWE theme song.

Then Wrestlemania 36 happened.

Bray Wyatt's brilliant, cinematic deconstruction of John Cena showed exactly how Wyatt and the Fiend should be used in the future. While WWE have had difficulty booking the Fiend in a more traditional pro wrestling environment, they struck gold in the Firefly Funhouse match. Future bouts involving the character would do well to opt out of traditional wrestling fare and continue the work started at this year's 'Mania.

If used sparingly (i.e. twice a year at most), watching Bray Wyatt physically and psychologically dismantle his opponents with Room of Angel's mournful piano and vocals fading in and out would make for chilling viewing, and solidify the Fiend's status as the most genuinely frightening supernatural entity in wrestling history.

I don't feel enough for you to cry (oh well) / Here's a lullaby to close your eyes.
