10 Anti-Piracy Measures In Video Games That Were Total Genius

9. ARMA 2 – Intoxication

Ever played a video game drunk? It probably did not end well at all; you probably ended up picking fights with trees, or kept smashing your car into a wall, thinking you'll enter the non-existent secret area soon.

Pirated copies of ARMA 2 will greet cheeky people with more an a few nutty effects. Firstly, accuracy is decreased exponentially, as if you really were smashed beyond reason on the battlefield. Gunshots that are bound to hit something from a few yards away will wildly fly to the left or right instead.

The screen will also wobble a bit, blurring your vision. Hitting a barn door would become a bloody challenging feat, let alone an enemy tank.

One of the funniest beats comes when the game decides to bombard the screen with ARMA 2's logo. It fills up most of your view, and is eventually greeted by more logos and legal jibber-jabber from Bohemia Entertainment.

Brilliant.
