10 Awful Video Games Based On TV Shows

5. Deadliest Catch: Alaskan Storm

The Deadliest Catch Yes, hardly a show that many expected would become a video game, but what the Hell - why not? This could have been a fun game that completely conveyed the thrills, danger and spectacle of fishing out in the open ocean, but instead, it's a woefully meek, poorly designed game that will likely satisfy no-one. Even without the rickety controls, this is just a game that isn't very interesting; the mini-games are fun for a minute or two, but the game relies on them too much, and as such it becomes repetitive extremely quickly. With its ropey graphics and glitchy gameplay, this is one game that feels like it's a Beta waiting to be product-tested; only the most loyal fans of the show are going to tolerate this sloppy, disappointing mess of a game. Go play Sega Bass Fishing instead...
