1. Alternative Reality
One of the things that made The Dark Knight such a successful movie was the incredible campaign that went behind it. We actually became citizens of Gotham City, and we got involved in different things that ranged from voting for Harvey Dent, to helping the Joker spread his message of chaos across the city. This helped you to be involved in Gotham City and with the movie itself, making the whole experience a far greater one. We really need to see something like this again - to put some clues across the world and show how the actions we make on the game affect Gotham. Hell, this one could implement every single one of the apps we've mentioned (the tour across Gotham City, the augmented reality, criminal investigation) and turn it into something even greater. Not only that, but this could be something even bigger if it was to to global. Clues around the world that would help you to continue the story, with choices and traps that would make everything much more interesting. Seeing the consequences of the actions you make in Gotham City and how they affects the other players would be incredible. We need to see something like the "Why so serious?" campaign again. It doesn't seem likely, considering how they didn't do it again with TDKR, but we can can always hold out some hope.
