6. Joker

Rocksteady StudiosRocksteady StudiosFirst Appearance: Batman No.1, 1940 Traits: Genius, Insane, Skilled Chemist Ok fine, the Joker has been the star of dozens of Batman games, frequently taking the top spot as primary antagonist. Despite this, we've always wanted a full game dedicated to stepping into the shoes of the infamous clown, in order to unleash some unadulterated, destructive insanity. One of the most famous fictional villains of all time, it's a wonder that the Joker hasn't already had his very own video game yet. Perhaps publishers are worried that his madness and violent sense of humour might alienate game audiences, but personally we believe it would be a selling point. A video game in which you control the Joker as he takes control of Gotham would be awesome. Considering the clown prince's adversaries could range between superheroes and supervillains alike, Joker: The Videogame could easily have the makings for a brilliant bit of entertainment that lets players bring out their funny side.
