Wu general and penultimate bodyguard of Sun 'I Love Archers' Quan, Zhou Tai first joined the Dynasty Warriors series as a playable character in the fourth installment and is consistently ranked as one of the top characters in the series. Many polls put him as the greatest Wu officer in the game.

Armed with a medieval Japanese katana - because Dynasty Warriors plays fast and loose with its weaponry – he is the resident 'weeaboo' of the games. He is portrayed as the 'strong, silent type', complete with his dialogue often being surrounded by ellipses. His combos are usually good for wiping out huge swathes of enemies, while his musou attack is solid for causing the absolute destruction of enemy generals.

One of his finest moments comes in DW8 when Sun Quan tells him to be proud of his scars and suggests he strip naked in front of everyone to show them, to which the stoic warrior only responds, “I'd rather not...” Interestingly enough, that's based on a real event that occurred during a battle at Ruxukou.
