10 Best Fan Service DLC Packs In Video Games

7. Dragon Age: Inquisition - Trespasser

Dragon Age Inquisition Trespasser

This is a little bit of a divisive one, not because Trespasser is bad by any means but because some players thought it served as the true ending to Inquisition and the base game feels incomplete without the paid DLC. That said, it did give fans the ending they wanted after the somewhat lacklustre original finale complete with walkover final boss.

Trespasser was the last DLC pack to be released for Inquisition and its relevance to the plot and evolution of the characters you’ve spent dozens of hours with can’t be understated.

Trespasser is a pleasingly dense extension of everything players love about the Dragon Age series. You’ll get the band back together, face a brand new threat in the Qunari, and learn more about the elven egg boy we all love to hate. There’s also some fantastic development and closure for a tonne of the relationships you’ve watched develop throughout the base game. That’s without even mentioning the significant improvements the DLC makes to the core combat system. Honestly, this add-on is a slam dunk, it’s just a shame we had to pay for it.

You’ll also finally get the chance to round out your epic Inquisition romance, and isn’t that the most important thing?
