Remember the gaudy mansion that Tommy Vercetti inherits (see: murdered the owner of) in GTA: Vice City? No GTA game since then has really tried to create that residence which really makes the player feel like they've made it to the very top of the crime ladder. When you're on top of the world in GTA V, you want to live in a place that reflects that, right? If you're at the point in the game where you feel Franklin deserves a reward for his hard work, Michael's earned his mansion upgrade, or Trevor has murdered the residents of a lavish home and moved in to take their place, then this mod is just what you need. It plonks down a massive safehouse/airport in the Marlowe Valley area, with a private airport, parking with room for 60 cars, and a decadent mansion where parties take place every night - complete with dancers, celebrities, and plenty of revellers. Looking down over Los Santos from your vast terrace at night makes you feel truly on top of the world, so I recommend completing the game then rewarding your protagonists with this safehouse afterwards. Otherwise, what do you have to play for after obtaining this kingly piece of real estate?
