10 Best Lego Video Games Of All Time

Capitalising on the massive success of Star Wars: The Force Awakens in 2015. The Lego version of that film was released a year later and featured gameplay new to the series.

This game introduced cover shooting mechanics which worked really well in practice and made for a unique feeling Lego game.

It is strange to have a full game based on just one film but Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens manages to use the story to amplify the gameplay. For example, the opening escape sequence with Poe and Finn is terrific to play through, blowing some of Star Wars Battlefronts flying mechanics out of the water.

Despite not having the full sequel trilogy, this game really holds up as a great adventure on its own. It doesn't need to be a big expansive space opera. Instead, Traveller's Tales focused on streamlining the story and it paid off.

If you are looking for a new Star Wars adventure, this one is work revisiting.
