This is where things just get... weird. Booker and Elizabeth find Chen Lin dead, who was their one chance to earn their airship back from Daisy Fitzroy and fly off of Columbia forever. It seems as if they're out of time and out of luck. Until the Luteces show up and offer up some tasty ideas on perspective. "On one side dead, the other alive. It's all about perspective." It's then that Elizabeth finds a tear and rips it open, taking the two of them to an alternate world where Chen Lin is still alive and they still have a chance to escape. This is the first of many universe jumps in Infinite, and it opens up the narrative to all of the wonderful possibilities we see before the credits roll.
