10 Best Multiplayer Games (That Aren't Multiplayer Games)
1. Resident Evil VII: Biohazard
There's a reason why there are three horror games on this list. It's easy to just say, "horror is more fun with friends." Because it is. But Until Dawn, Silent Hill 2, and Resident Evil: Biohazard give us a full trifecta of scaries.
Until Dawn is enjoyed like a classic horror, more fun-gruesome than scary-gruesome. And Silent Hill 2 provides a gripping mystery and a lot of spooky imagery, but definitely does not put up the frights like it did two entire... oh boy... DECADES ago. (I threw my back out just saying that.)
Resident Evil: Biohazard gives us a bit of everything while still being one of the most genuinely scary games in recent memory.
For added fun, play this one on VR and pass the controller around. Seeing your friends, especially your non-gamer friends, try to run and hide from evil family patriarch Jack Baker while fully immersed in a VR headset and headphones is were the real fun is.
