8. Bigfoot - Grand Theft Auto V

The legends of Bigfoot have long been a source of contention in Grand Theft Auto history, with fans swearing until they're blue in the face that the Sasquatch exists in GTA: San Andreas, despite no hard evidence being presented by those that have gone looking for him.

So popular was the myth that developer Rockstar took matters into their own hands, and introduced the big furry fella nine years later in Grand Theft Auto 5.

For everyone who's ever wanted to catch a glimpse of Bigfoot, he's now (technically) real.

You can spot him in the mission 'Predator' with your thermal scope, as well as a crazy man in a costume that serves as a nice little nod to the legend in 'The Last One'.

Even better though, you can actually play as Bigfoot in the online counterpart, but only if you complete a tedious string of events. If you complete the game 100% including The Last One mission, then find all 27 Peyote Plants, AND THEN collect seven more golden peyote plants that appear once a day from 5:30am - 8:00am in snow or fog only, you have a hallucination and even unlock the character in Director Mode.

How's that for fan service?
