7. Street Fighter: World Warrior Live Action Series In Development
The live-action series Street Fighter: Assassin's Fist is set to get its very own sequel, according to an announcement by the production team. Titled Street Fighter: World Warrior, the follow-up will focus on the origins of criminal group Shadaloo. Due to release either late this year or early 2016, World Warrior will feature iconic characters such as Chun-Li, M. Bison and Guile, along with the original series' Ken, Ryu and Gouken. If the original series is anything to go by, Street Fighter: World Warrior should be an entertaining, action-packed romp (far superior to the rubbish 1994 film). The Assassin's Fist creators are all attached to the new project, so things are looking good for the sequel.
