No video game has ever really attempted to capture the feeling of what a shroom trip is really like. A small dose can be bright and bubbly experience - with the world mildly undulating around you while you giggle insanely at nothing in particular, then wonder whether you've been laughing so hard that you've unknowingly wet yourself. While 'bad trips' are always a possibility, it's unlikely that you'll be thrown into a hellish hallucinated encounter with a bunch of giant demonic chickens or a malevolent, zombie-woman wielding a sitar, which is what happens to poor Juliet in Lollipop Chainsaw. With that said, the shrooms she consumes are about the same size as her, which is probably around 500 times the recommended dosage.
