10 Bizarre Methods To Heal Yourself In Video Games

In Bunny Must Die, the revive system works through obtaining dolls, which essentially allow you a free revive in the room any time you die. Generally, that's as far as you think about it, because you're sort of very busy avoiding a million projectiles thrown your way, and thus too preoccupied to think about something as daft as the pick ups that heal you up and revive you.

Only... what was going on with those things? The last time I checked, a Beanie Baby couldn't bring you back to life, even if it really, really wanted to. So what was that about? Were they like Horcruxes? Did we seal away our soul into a bunch of dolls before all this weirdness of the plot went down?

In practical fact, they're a means to an end, and likely explained away with the kind of random 'it's magic' explanation that justifies Bunny being given cat ears by a curse. But it's still vaguely concerning, the more you think about it.
