Starting out with something that would make for quite the macabre and memorable image if they pulled it off properly: Say Batman's been getting owned throughout Arkham Knight's story, only to finally snap and realise he needs to put his all into the fight if he's going to win. Eventually he wears down AK but gets carried away, tearing into him until what's coming out isn't blood or pulped flesh, it's circuitry - plunging his hand then comes back only with more parts and crackling wires as the Knight finally powers down, and then you go after whoever was controlling him. Crazy? Obviously. But plausible? Definitely. There's every possibility someone has learned how to program and account for every one of Batman's moves from years of security footage, and we already know there's a higher level of technology in Gotham in general thanks to Bruce's new suit and the form-changing Batmobile.
