10 Broken Video Games Finally Ready To Play
3. Battlefield V
Time to revisit EA as another one of their games has managed to nab a spot on this list with Battlefield V. While the launch of Battlefield V wasn’t nearly as bad as Battlefield 4, it’s clear there was much to work to be done after release. Most of this came down to broken AI, some bugs, and glitches which could be fixed afterwards, but the biggest problem developer DICE had to patch out came from the maps themselves.
One of the most prolific features of any Battlefield game is the wide, open spaces in which you can start a full-scale war with the enemy. However, the problem with these huge open spaces is that there’s room for snipers to take everyone out with ease. Players noticed this as well which meant DICE had to step in and rebalance the game to fix this.
Luckily this has all been fixed by now so players can enjoy their time on the gorgeous maps DICE created. Add the expansive post-launch content that kept players entertained and you’ve got a huge game ahead of you if you haven’t played Battlefield V yet.
