10 Celebrities Who Had Their Likenesses Stolen

8. Lindsay Lohan (But Not Really)

Right now video games appear to be the hotbed of famous people having their likenesses nabbed, because apparently after you€™ve come up with Mario, Sonic and Bubsy designers are all out of ideas. Much easier to just go on Wikipedia and grab the first despot/hero (depending on your point of view) who looks like they€™d be a good player character or villain in your hyper-violent war simulator. Then there€™s Lindsay Lohan, who reckons that blonde in the bikini that was emblazoned on all the marketing materials for Grand Theft Auto V was a spitting image for her. Which, y€™know, she really wasn€™t, with many internet commenters initially thinking it was actually model-turned-actress Kate Upton who€™d been digitally painted over for the illustration. That didn€™t stop Lohan from filing a lawsuit against Rockstar and Take Two Interactive claiming the character€™s an "unequivocal" reference to her. That€™s despite Rockstar coming out and disclosing the fact that they hired another model to essentially trace for the Lacey Jones character, and why would Lohan want to be associated with a character who€™s meant to be a narcissistic, anorexic and idiotic struggling actress?
