No genre is as notorious for aggravating bosses as fighting games. From opponents who can teleport across the screen to those capable of countering every move thrown at them, there's no shortage of cheap fighting game bosses that would be perfect for this list.

One of the most infamous, though, is Jinpachi Mishima.

The patriarch of the ruthless Mishima family, Jinpachi is the final boss in Tekken 5. Being the last challenge standing between players and victory, it was expected that defeating him would be tough. However, Tekken 5 turned up the difficulty to the point where this fight was simply unfair.

In addition to possessing hard-hitting combos, the elder Mishima can execute a lightning-fast stun attack that allows him to continue piling on the damage. If that wasn't punishing enough, he can even heal himself by draining the player's health bar.

The most outlandish part about this boss is a tremendously cheap attack where he fires a laser from his stomach. As well as being strong enough to wipe out half the player's health, it's also unblockable. With Jinpachi able to perform this move twice in quick succession, players can forget about having a fair fight.
