10 Cheat Codes That BROKE YOUR GAME

8. SUPERSABERS - Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge Of The Sith

Star Wars video games have existed for nearly as long as Stars Wars films, so there were bound to be some bizarre modifications thrown in along the way.

Although Star Wars: Demolition’s ability to turn on high gravity and Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace’s ability to view the game as wireframes are wonderfully weird, they can’t hold a candle (or a lightsaber) to Star Wars Episode III – Revenge of the Sith’s penchant for gigantic laser swords.

Released for the PS2 and Xbox – as well as some handheld systems – in 2005, Star Wars Episode III – Revenge of the Sith was known for being extremely difficult by default. That said, entering “SUPERSABERS” into the “codes” section of the settings menu made it even tougher because it gave enemies (and not Anakin Skywalker) massive lightsabers.

At the risk of sounding dirty, the increases in length and girth made these weapons hilariously oversized yet overwhelmingly hazardous.

As such, it became damn near impossible to whip anyone’s butt and progress through the story. Adding insult to galactic injury, "SUPERSABERS" can't be removed if the player saves with it on, so you had to start a whole new file to have a functional adventure.
