10 Creative Cosplayers Who Broke The Mold

Some characters are relatively easy to cosplay while others are left to the experts. For the Avengers from the MCU, you might think dressing up as the Falcon would be easy—after all, he's a soldier who wears relatively standard clothing. That's certainly true, but then there are the wings, and making wings is difficult.

Not only do you have to get their dimensions to match the movie version, but they have to be stable, movable, and they have to look good. A lot of work goes into creating something like that, and if there's one cosplayer who can do it better than anyone else, it's JJ Armory Inc.

JJ Armory Inc. has been creating costumes in his spare time since 2009, and when he's not putting together one of his favorite characters to stun folks at a con, he's working on his Pre-Med/Biology degree. When he's not in the classroom, he's crafting everything from Falcon wings to Spartan helmets from Halo.

In addition to his costumes, he also creates his own weapons from scratch, and he modifies them so they light up and look as realistic as possible. Everything JJ Armory Inc. does is of professional quality. Sadly, the Falcon wings he made may move and look movie-perfect, but they cannot make him fly.
