This one is more common in MMORPGs and you'll often see a lot of high level players, although they won't admit it, who have done some form of grinding to help them get to where they are. The term grinding just means to repeatedly perform an action in order to gain experience points to level up quickly. Usually these enemies will be the same or lower level than the player so that it is an easy kill. It's also common that the enemies being killed have a high exp yield and will be targeted by multiple players in an MMO or just farmed and ground single player RPGs. Sometimes it is necessary to grind in an RPG though. Sometimes the difficulty curve can be so intense that players just aren't prepared for the challenge ahead and must better prepare themselves, there's nothing wrong with that. It's when you see another players character who is wearing the flashiest armor or uses the most expensive weapon they could find. Who will run around the low level areas and one hit mobs which are vital to starting players quests just to show off how "pro" they are. That's when grinding becomes a dick move. Not the most amazing crime in RPG history, but big enough to get it on this list.
