After the 2012 release of IO Interactive's 'yeah, it's okay, but too much story and not enough sandbox' Hitman: Absolution, fans the world over called for a return to series champion, 2006's 'Hitman: Blood Money'.

This isn't the first time Hitman has come under scrutiny, either, as has any game that allows you to shoot, electrocute, poison, or otherwise maim and kill characters around you. Whether it was killing Sikhs in Hitman 2 or the PVC-clad nuns of the aforementioned Hitman: Absolution trailer, there is a sub-section of society that loves to pin all human ills on violent video games.

The newest entry in the franchise has a small Easter Egg that pokes fun of this, breaking the fourth wall to remind us that we're not really international contract killers... well, not all of us.

In the Sapienza level, if Agent 47 gets unstuck and finds himself shooting into a crowd of NPCs, you can sometimes hear one of them shouting, "Don't worry! This is just a computer game!".
