10 GORIEST Mortal Kombat Fatalities You Can't Handle

As gruesome as it is to see a Mortal Kombat character get their skull crushed or their intestines melted, you get deadened to it once you've seen it a few times.

However, this doesn't apply when it involves a character getting hit in the private parts. When you see a character get punched or kicked in the groin full-force, you can't help but cringe.

And no move demonstrates this fact more than Kung Lao's finisher, Razor's Edge. Although he performed this move for the first time in Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks, it looks far more gruesome in Mortal Kombat 9. The Fatality begins with Kung Lao knocking his opponent off their feet.

He hurls his hat to the ground, making it spin like a buzzsaw. He then drags his opponent towards the hat groin-first, bifurcating them to death. ("Bifurcating" means "cut into two." You learn creative words for slicing and dicing like this while playing Mortal Kombat.)

He performs the Fatality again in Mortal Kombat X but in this version, he forces his opponent to go through his hat head-first. This version is brutal but the MK9 Razor's Edge is definately more horrific.
