You can take your own personal pick of Final Fantasy's and the music that made you want to save the planet. For me, Battle on the Big Bridge was one of those moments. After arriving via meteorite on a new planet, you want to help your old comrades in the fight of their lives. But, in true Final Fantasy style, your presence only makes things dramatically worse. You have to flee across the Big Bridge in a veritable gauntlet, while this music plays continuously in and out of the battles. It didn't take long for this classic to get an update, and it's worth checking out the Final Fantasy 5 Advance version, Final Fantasy 12, Final Fantasy 13, Dissidia and Black Mage's versions, each with their own take on the theme.
