4. WWE '13 - PS3/Wii/XBox360
THQ's publishing swansong, WWE '13 made sure they went out with a bang. The commentary may be so bad it's often distracting but other than that, this is one hell of a game. The game engine is significantly more polished than its predecessor and the single player options are impressive. Reliving wrestling's most popular period has never been more fun than in this game's Attitude Era mode. 35 of late 90's greatest stars (who are still politically in favor) are included and the constant nods to the Monday night wars gives this mode a tremendous feel of authenticity. WWE games often feel like copy and pasted unloved jumble. But not this one. It's evident throughout that the developers paid close attention to what fans wanted throughout its creation. Here's hoping WWE 2K14 can live up to the standard set.
