This boss is nothing like the original Smelter Demon, his predecessor was so telegraphed and you could easily bait and evade attacks. The original Smelter Demon also had great attack windows. The Blue Smelter Demon has super varied attacks and he can make his attacks super delayed which can mess up your timing.

Also, his sword also has some of the most insane range like being able to hit you on the opposite end of the arena. His chest will also begin to cause some AOE damage if the player gets close enough to him. Not to mention the path to get to him is super difficult to get through with no easy bypass straight to the fog room like most bosses have.

The only advice I can offer to beat this boss is to keep your distance and learn his attacks. Once you learn the attacks, it's all about attacking from a distance once he misses you. Always have your guard up and don't expect his moves to be the same every single time because they most likely won't be. Keep persisting and you will finally defeat this monstrosity.
