The Binding of Isaac is all about secret, unlockable characters. The game features over thirty playable protagonists to choose from, and pretty much all of them are unlocked by completing some elaborate challenge or discovering a mystery within the game's dungeons.

However, there is only one character in Isaac's roster that can enjoy being the most complicated and borderline impossible to unlock—the Forgotten. A pile of bones seemingly belonging to Isaac himself.
