6. Mysterio - Spider-Man 2
It was a genuine coin flip when it came to which one-hit-wonder supervillain should have been placed on this list as I ummed and aaaah'd about The Electrocutioner and Mysterio for ages. In the end, it came down to which did it first, and arguably which pissed off fans the least.
Mysterio has always been a bit cartoonish and over the top, meaning that when he arrives on the scene spouting absolute tripe and boasting a whopping pool of health, your utter decimation of his plans in just one punch is actually very fitting for a villain who uses tricks and manipulation to get one over on his enemies. The poor Electrocutioner on the other hand was bigged up as one of the main villains of the piece, and fans felt a little cheated when he was downed by the Dark Knight in just one punch.
Plus Mysterio's downfall is arguably much, much funnier.
