Every school has a Mrs. Robinson figure; the attractive older teacher who exudes a dark aura of tormented sexuality, and who every 14-year-old boy fears and secretly desires. In Bully, this character is Ms. Phillips, the 40-something art teacher with a penchant for miniskirts and high heels. She is suggestive towards her students, inviting them to 'private' tutoring sessions, swooning over penile drawings in the boys' washrooms, and generally oozing horniness in every line of dialogue she utters There are several hints that she may have had sexual relations with students, but that's likely a result of salacious high-school gossip by jealous schoolgirls. Ms. Phillips - with her open sexuality, instability and chain of failed marriages - raises hopes for the game's hero Jimmy that he may become a Dustin Hoffmann to her Anne Bancroft. Unfortunately, Ms. Phillips doesn't - in true video game fashion - jump into bed with Jimmy just because he runs some errands for her, and she's destined to forever remain every high-school boy's elusive sexual fantasy.
