6. The Outer Worlds
Fallout done right? Let's hope so.
Fans have been asking for a second New Vegas-esque game from Obsidian and it looks like they're finally getting their wish with The Outer Worlds.
Gone are vaults and everything that tied Obsidian down to Fallout and in is a brand new planet to explore, new enemies to fight and a creative freedom that makes The Outer Worlds look genuinely like its own thing.
The Outer Worlds has gotten some flack so far for its graphics and performance, but it looks to deliver everything that we wanted Fallout 4 to be and more. Especially exciting is the return of a proper dialogue system, which should make the game fun to actually, you know, roleplay.
Microsoft already have enough faith in the game to hint that it might be being turned into a series, so we're definitely looking forward to experiencing the world of Halycon for ourselves.
As long as it's not like Fallout 76 right guys?
