10 Incredible Video Game Levels Set At Christmas

As you might have gathered from my opening salvo of Christmas joy, I'm not a huge fan of Ice levels (read: my piss turns to steam with how angry slipping off platforming ledges made me as a kid) so you really need to know how good a level Mount Wario is when I praise it for it's starting section which sees you whiz down a mountain at breakneck speed, sliding over thick ice and over the heads of your competition.

Of course, that's not all this course has to offer, far from it, as the ice section soon gives way to navigating a forest of fallen trees, down a tense slalom that rewards you with speed boosts for each goal hit, and finally RED SHELL CORNER, in which all your friends will give you the gift of unmitigated rage in the form of a projectile up the tailpipe.

Now to be clear, this level isn't explicitly set on Christmas, however, this is the level that MAKES Christmas, as you and your friends or family members gather around for a good old dose of Mario Kart, just as Nintendo intended.
