This is the only 3 colour combo on this list, meaning you’ll probably need a more expensive land base for a good deck which utilises this combo. However, as Riku is a Legendary creature, he can be used as your commander in EDH to eliminate having to search for one of these two pieces.

The other drawback of this combo is that it requires A LOT of mana to get going – 13 in fact, 2 of which have to be blue. With Riku already on the field, you play Palinchron for 7 CMC and use Riku’s second ability to spend a further 2 mana and duplicate Palinchron. This will untap up to 14 lands and you should make sure at least two of your untapped lands are blue so that you can use Palinchron’s effect to return it to your hand and then replay it.

Each cycle of returning it to your hand, replaying it and duplicating it will cost 13 mana but generate at least 14, making this an infinite mana combo which can generate unlimited mana in any of your colours.
