2. Faulty Controllers

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cBHRaD-AykY While the Xbox One controllers have generally been a worthy (if expensive) progression from the Xbox 360, there has been many issues reported online. The most commonly posted problems have been in relation to the thumbsticks. Some users have claimed that the thumbsticks on their Xbox One controllers have gained an annoying quirk, after only mild use. When the thumbstick is in the resting upright position, the Xbox One thinks that it's being pushed forwards, making the majority of games almost unplayable. These faulty controllers can be returned or replaced only within the 90 day warranty period, with many claiming that Microsoft refuse to replace controllers with this issue outside that timeframe. It's a common enough issue now that Microsoft really out to treat it as another 'red ring' incident.
