10 Intimidating Video Game Characters We're Glad Were On Our Side!

By rule of thumb, whenever there's a character named the "Kingslayer", you know they're going to be something serious - and this rule doesn't change when it comes to The Witcher and its monarch killer Letho.

Letho, while notably brutal - especially in his killing of Demavend III - is not directly hostile to our hero Geralt himself, indeed proving repeatedly willing to help him whenever this is possible.

And while you can kill Letho in the first game, this isn't the canon ending for him, as he appears in the next two. And each time, he and Geralt strike up the same sort of friendship, that is both entirely fragile, and also means they'd fight and possibly kill people for the other.

Any Witcher is a threatening enemy, but one as capable and heavy-handed as Letho is even more intimidating than even the usual standard.
