So far, there hasn't been a single land featured on our list, and that just doesn't seem right. With that in mind, it's to take a look at one non-basic land that definitely deserves our attention.

Tolarian Academy allows a player to add one blue mana to their pool for each artifact they control. This card is a must-have for decks that are built around artifact and artifact creatures as it will likely offer a seemingly endless supply of mana once your deck gets going.

Even non-artifact themed decks would likely benefit from this card since pretty much everyone plays at least a few artifacts here and there.

Best of all, unlike most non-basic lands, Tolarian Academy doesn't come into play tapped, so you can take advantage of its ability immediately.
