10 Marvel Heroes For The New Mystery Game
2. Moon Knight
Listen...
It is high time people stop pretending that Moon Knight isn't one of the absolute coolest characters to come out of Marvel Comics in its 80+ year history. You're all about to start putting some respect on this man's name, and that's all there is to it.
Gameplay-wise, Moon Knight would handle a lot like Daredevil, except with more gadgets, more weapons, and more verticality. Depending on which persona you're operating as, you might even be able to switch in and out of different combat styles, like Jin's many stances in Ghost of Tsushima. By his very nature, Moon Knight would offer a lot more variety and versatility than Daredevil, while retaining the gritty, grimy brutality.
There's also the potential for some really deep character work, what with Marc Spector's tortured past and unstable mental state. He's a veritable wellspring of character depth, and he's got a solid supporting crew. Hell, he's got his own Victor Sullivan in Frenchie; they're both the older pilot friend who joins the devil-may-care adventurer on his escapades. Throw in villains like Raoul Bushman, Stained Glass Scarlet, and Black Spectre, plus a dash of paranormal intrigue, and you've got a bona fide winner.
