10 Massive Xbox One Secrets We All Missed
7. Broadcasting And Sharing Controllers Online
Everyone knows that the
PlayStation 4 and Xbox One are capable of capturing and broadcasting content in
many different ways. The PS4 has the Share button and the Xbox has Cortana to
record that at your very whim. Then, if you’re feeling confident, you can
livestream your games via Twitch or even Mixer. This’ll require a decent
internet connection and something to show the world.
What people don’t know about, however, is a neat little trick tucked inside of the Mixer side of Xbox One’s broadcasting. After going live, within the broadcaster settings you’ll see the ability to share controller and this is just as weird as it sounds. Though, useful, too, if you happen to be stuck on a boss fight and your big brother isn’t home to help.
Ultimately, it comes down to being a small, unknown feature that many won’t have even thought about. Still, I’m sure there are plenty of wacky streamers out there that want to up the level of interactivity with their chat by letting people play alongside them.
