10. Lula: The Sexy Empire

It isn't always a porn game, but then again sometimes it is. The twist here however is that the player is actually running a porno empire. You can create storyboards for porn films (because the plot is so important) balance budgets, and otherwise do all the things most people probably don't care about when it comes to porn (other than your weird friend who insists they watch for the story/production values/they are such a liar. Part of the "Lula" series of games that comes from Germany, this game along with other "Lula" titles was decried by enough people that certain states tried to ban its sale (California). Banning a game simply because the content is offensive is wrong, but perhaps this one could have been banned for having all the excitement of a spreadsheet that works in some dirty imagery.
