10 Most Controversial Video Games Rated 'Adults Only' In America

6. Playboy: The Mansion (Private Party Expansion)

A game loosely based on the life of Hugh Hefner, in much the same way that "Harry Potter" is loosely based on Wicca. Players basically got to be Hugh Hefner, and focus on running his magazine, having fun parties, and sleeping with many, many women. The original game was rated Mature, but the expansion removed enough blurred pixels during raunchy segments to get the game smacked with an Adults Only rating. This game is especially controversial in hindsight, as with a lot of uncomfortable details coming to light about the Playboy Mansion lately it clearly was not (and is not) a place full of fun, games, and sex that never ends (seriously, you can make Hugh bone forever if you desire). Plus, at his current age do you really want to picture Hugh Hefner having sex?
