There's plenty of tragedy that occurs in Skyrim, but few stories are as upsetting as Sinding's. He is a man living in Falkreath that's been cursed as a werewolf. His transformations are beyond his control, and during one of his wolf phases he killed a little girl. For this reason he was thrown in jail and is considered by the community to be an evil monster.

In truth, Sinding had no intention of ever harming anyone, but his lack of control over his werewolf blood has made him into a criminal.

After completing a quest to return a cursed ring that Sinding had taken, the player is left with the choice of whether or not to kill the werewolf. It's a difficult decision to make because at his core Sinding is a decent man, but he remains a danger to society as long as he lives. This moral dilemma will stay in players' minds well after making their decision.
