The original Outlast was a dark horse smash-hit, practically reviving - or at the least helping to revive - the survival horror genre. It gave streamers a game to flaunt their acting ability for that dollar-dollar, but the game genuinely is horrifying, so maybe they aren't acting.
Regardless, Outlast 2 stalks its way into the sequel scene and judging by the demo looks to change things up a bit whilst staying true to the original; incorporating some more supernatural elements.
