8. Power Stone

powerstone The Dreamcast is regarded by many as one of the greatest consoles of all time, even if the sales wouldn't particularly agree with that statement, one of the many gaming jewels in its crown though was this sensational brawler from Capcom, the formerly awesome (sorry, I can't forgive the last couple of Resident Evil's) Japanese developers who were of course famous for the Street Fighter series. This though was not their traditional 2D fighter, this was something different entirely. The game was played out in 3D multi-levelled arenas which were dotted with power-ups as well as tables and chairs which could be used as weapons. Once a character had collected three Power Stones they would transform into a more powerful version of themselves and proceed to beat the merry hell out of their opponent. At the time it was a refreshing change of pace for the fighting genre and showed off the wonderfully vivid graphics that the Dreamcast was capable of.
