Chaos. That’s the only word fit to describe Majora, just pure, unadulterated chaos. Other villains have understandable motives as most are inherently human (or Hylian, I suppose) but Majora is an entity entirely hellbent on destruction of the largest degree. As well as being utterly insane, the entity which inhabits the mask seems to be childish, giving all the more reason to be fearful of it.

Unlike our typical heroes and villains who have to strive endlessly to do what they need to do, Majora is able to cause destruction and malice without doing much of anything at all. It can bring the horrors of nightmares into the world without lifting a finger, as well as having the abilities to both change somebody’s physical form and to control the moon. There are many theories about where Majora came from and what the creature itself looks like, however the mystery behind this character is what makes it so inherently powerful.
