8. Morrigan - Darkstalkers

Darkstalkers is an older, 2D fighting game. Even though the characters were rendered with pixelated 16-bit graphics, it was pretty obvious that their most prominent assets were their bodies, not their combat prowess. It's like the game artists kept daring each other to make an outfit with as little material as possible, which eventually culminated in women that look like they're wearing dental floss as garments. Morrigan's outfit of choice is basically a glorified slingshot, and she's more top-heavy than a candied apple. Felicia is another example of this ridiculousness:

I feel like they actually intended for Felicia to be completely nude, but when confronted by censors, they begrudgingly slapped on some white paint around her ladybits and released the game. I can't tell if these characters are even meant to be sexy, since they're so outlandish in design that it's almost impossible to take them seriously. Whatever the case is, the women of the Darkstalkers series might have bodies straight out of a fantasy, but leaving something...*anything* to the imagination would have been refreshing.
