Manhunt's reputation might precede it as a parent-scaring weapon of the antichrist, but it's actually a notably brilliant execution on turning the tables on your oppressors.

Starting out as James Earl Cash - a man saved from Death Row who has to live in a TV show where people kill to survive - you'll go from shards of glass, bottles for distractions and frantic plastic bag suffocations to get by, to nabbing a host of deadly weapons and firearms.

One Lionel Starkweather is the man pulling the strings, and as you make your way to his mansion - itself surrounded by trained soldier-types - finally playing cat and mouse with them is a major turning point.

While Starkweather gets dealt with in a cutscene; you chainsawing his guts out as he yells about making you a star, the final fight is against his "top performer", Piggsy.

A disgusting blob of a man who's decided to wear a hollowed-out pig's head and no clothes, Piggsy represents the last stop between you and your revenge.
