10 Most Terrifying Areas In Non-Horror Games

4. Professor Pyg's Base - Arkham Knight

Sekiro Shadows Die Twice
Rocksteady

Despite being a relatively new addition to Batman's rogue's gallery, Professor Pyg has managed to awaken a unique sense of horror in everyone who has seen him in the comics, the Gotham TV show, and - most important - in his appearance in Batman: Arkham Knight.

After chasing the porcine crime hound down through scanning a series of torture victims and discovering his lair, you are almost immediately filled with regret, because it is profoundly creepy.

Pyg has made his home in the "Pretty Dolls Parlour", which is helpfully stacked up with mannequins to set the awful, awful tone of the area. The villain himself is waiting down in the basement, where he's carving up his latest victim.

Step inside his operating theatre, and a posse of his lobotmised henchmen leap in from the balcony, setting up for a truly horror-inducing boss battle.

I like my comics like I like my coffee - in huge, unquestionably unhealthy doses.
